Returns & Refunds - One Theory Wellness

At One Theory Wellness, we are committed to providing top-quality ice baths, water chillers, and related wellness products. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 1-Year Standard Warranty (6 month with the Genesis Chiller). (Warranty is valid for one product exchange upon manufacture defect confirmation.)

Return Process:

  • Initiate a Return: Contact our customer support team within 30 days of receipt to start the return process. Please provide your order number and a brief explanation for the return, including video materials if you need to report an issue with the product. Our team will swiftly respond. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted!

  • Return Condition: To be eligible for a return, items must be in new, unused condition, free of visible signs of wear, and include all original components, packaging, and tags.

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for all shipping costs to our return center. You may pre-pay for a shipping label or use a carrier of your choice. We recommend choosing your own carrier to have full control over the return process.

  • Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after we receive the returned item. You will be notified once the refund is issued. Please note that the time it takes for the funds to appear in your account depends on your payment processor.

  • Cancellation Fees: Refunds requested more than 24 hours after placing your order are subject to a 5% cancellation fee (8% if processed via TrueMed and 9% if processed by Affirm) due to payment provider fees and taxes.

Water Chiller Returns

Please ensure your water chiller is cleaned, dried, and in proper condition before returning it. Shipping fees for returns are the customer's responsibility. If the chiller has functional issues covered by our warranty, we will replace it at no cost to you. 

Ice Bath Product Returns

For hygiene reasons, once an ice bath product is opened, it is not eligible for return. If the product is unused and in its original packaging, it can be returned. If there is any functional damage to the ice bath, we will offer a free replacement.

If you are returning a bundle product (water chiller + ice bath) and have used the ice bath, only the chiller portion of the bundle will be eligible for a refund.

Promotional Bundle Returns

If you purchased a Cold Plunge Bundle (Ice Bath + Chiller Combo), please note that once the ice bath has been opened and used, it cannot be returned. You will need to return only the water chiller for a refund, excluding the price of the used ice bath.

Final Sale Items

All Maintenance Kits and water filters are final sale and cannot be returned.

Damaged Products

If your product arrives damaged, please report the issue within 24 to 48 hours of delivery. 

Accessories and Wears

Accessories and wears can be returned under the same conditions as our main products. If they arrive damaged, please contact us for assistance.

Our customer support team is here to help resolve any issues you may have with your purchase or product experience.

*We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.

*We reserve the right to deny refunds in case the product arrived back damaged, with permanent signs of use, has missing elements or components.
