All Warranty Policies are Below - Limit claims to one replacement per device during warranty period unless noted. If a replacement has already been issued under warranty, no further replacements will be provided. The consumer is responsible for returning the defective unit for a warranty exchange and fees that come with return shipping.

Rize+ Warranty Policy
The Rize+ is a compact and innovative wellness device designed for portability and convenience.
As the original purchaser ("Owner," "you"), your new Rize+ is backed by a leading 5-year limited warranty ("Warranty"). If your Rize+ experiences a defect covered under this Warranty, Rize Technologies LLC ("Rize+," "we," "us") will address the issue in accordance with the terms outlined below.
The Rize+ is designed for indoor use with clean, filtered water or bottled drinking water. Water used with the Rize+ must meet applicable drinking water quality standards.
THIS DEVICE IS NOT WATERPROOF AND SHOULD NOT BE SUBMERGED OR CLEANED IN A DISHWASHER. DAMAGE CAUSED BY WATER EXPOSURE WILL VOID THE WARRANTY.
This Warranty grants you specific legal rights as the original purchaser. Additional rights may apply based on the laws of your state or country of purchase.
For all warranty-related inquiries, please contact Rize Technologies directly. Retailers, dealers, or third-party resellers are not authorized to process warranty claims, and we are not responsible for any delays or miscommunications arising from contacting these parties.
Warranty Coverage
This limited warranty covers the following:

Manufacturer defects affecting internal or external components of the device.

Separation or failure of bonded surfaces.
-
Screen or display malfunctions that impact device performance and are not caused by improper handling or use.
This Warranty applies only to the core device and does not extend to external accessories, including but not limited to attachments, tubing, filters, or other components.
This Warranty is non-transferable and remains valid only for the original owner. The owner is responsible for any shipping or handling costs related to warranty claims and replacement units.
Warranty Exclusions
The device battery is not covered under this Warranty.
Remedies Under the Warranty
If a defect covered under this Warranty arises while you remain the original owner, we will, at our discretion, repair the device, replace it with a new or refurbished unit, or provide a prorated Warranty Credit toward the purchase of a new device, based on the following schedule:

Warranty Credit is calculated based on the original purchase price (excluding taxes, shipping, and handling fees) and can only be used for purchasing a new unit directly from Rize Technologies.
Additional Conditions
To qualify for this limited warranty, you must:

Purchase the device from an authorized dealer.

Be the original owner. The Warranty terminates upon resale or transfer.

Provide proof of purchase, including the date, place of purchase, and purchase price.

Complete troubleshooting steps with customer support before a replacement unit is issued.

Only claim one replacement per device. If a replacement has already been issued under warranty, no further replacements will be provided.
Warranty Voidance
This Warranty does not cover damage caused by:

Negligence, misuse, or accidental drops.

Exposure to sunlight, extreme temperatures, or harsh chemicals.

Water damage, improper ventilation, or overheating.
-
Use with unapproved water sources or failure to follow maintenance guidelines.

Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or tampering.
Product Discontinuation
If the covered product has been discontinued, an exact replacement may not be available. In such cases, we will work to provide a satisfactory alternative solution.
Disclaimer of Other Warranties
ALL OTHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMED. OUR LIABILITY UNDER THIS WARRANTY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE PRICE OF THE DEVICE.
ThermaLux Portable Steam Sauna Warranty Policy
The ThermaLux SteamHaven Pro and ThermaLux Portable Steam Sauna are designed to provide a high-quality, portable steam sauna experience. These products are built for convenience and relaxation, offering an efficient way to enjoy steam therapy at home.
As the original purchaser ("Owner," "you"), your ThermaLux steam sauna is covered by a 5-year limited warranty ("Warranty"). If your steam sauna has a defect covered under this Warranty, ThermaLux Technologies LLC ("ThermaLux," "we," "us") will provide remedies in accordance with the terms outlined below.
Proper Use Guidelines
ThermaLux steam saunas are designed for indoor use only on a level, dry surface. Using these devices in improper environments may result in damage not covered under this Warranty.
DO NOT SUBMERGE, OVERFILL, OR EXPOSE TO EXCESSIVE MOISTURE BEYOND NORMAL OPERATION. WATER DAMAGE WILL VOID THE WARRANTY.

Warranty Coverage

This Warranty applies only to the core unit and only 1 warranty replacement of the product is allowed (warranty does not extended with the replacement unit) and does not extend to external accessories, including chairs, mats, hoses, or other attachments.
This Warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original owner. The owner is responsible for any shipping or handling costs related to warranty claims. If the product is no longer in our inventory the consumer will be offered a like model. If the chiller model costs more, the consumer can choose to exchange by paying the difference in cost.
Warranty Exclusions
The following are not covered under this Warranty:

Normal wear and tear, including minor cosmetic changes.

Damage due to improper setup, maintenance, or cleaning.

Water damage caused by improper use or overfilling.

Electrical issues resulting from improper voltage supply or power surges.

Damage from unauthorized modifications or repairs.

Issues caused by failure to follow recommended maintenance and descaling procedures.
Remedies Under the Warranty
If a covered defect arises while you remain the original owner, we will, at our discretion:

Replace it with a new or refurbished unit, or

Provide a prorated Warranty Credit toward the purchase of a new unit, based on the following schedule:

If the product is no longer in our inventory the consumer will be offered a like model. If the chiller model costs more, the consumer can choose to exchange by paying the difference in cost.
Disclaimer of Other Warranties
ALL OTHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMED. OUR LIABILITY UNDER THIS WARRANTY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE PRICE OF THE DEVICE.
ICE BATH & CHILLER LIMITED WARRANTY
This Limited Warranty is provided in addition to any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws. These rights may not be waived or limited by contract. You may pursue a warranty claim under this Limited Warranty while also exercising your statutory consumer rights.
Coverage of Our Limited Warranty
One Theory Wellness (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides this Limited Warranty to the original purchaser (“you” or “your”) of our Ice Baths and Chillers (“Products”). We warrant the following:

The Product will conform to the descriptions provided at the time of sale.

The quality of the Product will be reasonably satisfactory for its intended use.
-
The Product will fulfill any specific needs you communicated to us, provided we confirmed its suitability.
-
The pump(s), heater, and control system are warranted against defects in materials or workmanship.
-
The plumbing components of the chiller are warranted against leaks resulting from defects in materials or workmanship.
Warranty Period:
The standard manufacture defect warranty is valid for one (1) year from the date of delivery as recorded in our system, unless otherwise stated. The Genesis Chiller includes a six (6) month warranty.
In the event of a covered defect:

We will provide replacement parts or components for self-installation.
-
If repair is not feasible, we may offer a reimbursement of the purchase price minus a value deduction based on prior usage.

Alternatively, you may opt for a partial refund based on the reduced value of the unrepaired Product if you choose to retain it.

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
Exclusions from Warranty Coverage
This Limited Warranty does not cover defects or damage resulting from:

Normal wear and tear or material aging.
-
Minor cosmetic imperfections or natural variations in appearance due to manufacturing.
-
Improper assembly, misuse, neglect, lack of maintenance, or exposure to harsh environmental conditions (e.g., excessive heat, humidity, salinity, or airborne pollutants, improper filter, stagnant water). If you will not be using your chiller for a period of a week or more, the water needs to be drained out of the unit to prevent damage.
- Improper maintenance, the filter is recommended to be changed with every fill-up or twice per month. Filters can begin to deteriorate after prolong use in flowing or stagnant water. Filters may need to be changed sooner depending how the system is used and amount of surface skin, oil, or hair that may leave the consumers body when using the unit. We recommend always showing prior to cold plunging.

Commercial use—this warranty applies only to residential use.

Thermal degradation, abnormal moisture exposure, or contact with corrosive substances.

Unauthorized modifications, improper installation, or failure to follow maintenance instructions.
-
Accidental damage, abuse, fire, flooding, or natural disasters.

How to File a Warranty Claim
To submit a claim, you must:

File the claim within 14 days of identifying the issue.

Provide your order number for verification.
-
Submit a clear photograph of the defect via our official contact form.
Failure to provide visual documentation may result in denial of your claim.
Important Notes:

We do not operate local repair centers. Our products are designed for user-friendly self-repair.
- If the factory that we source our chillers from is no longer offering the chiller model, the limited warranty is no longer valid. We do not operate manufacturing centers.

If your claim is approved:

We will provide replacement parts at no cost and include installation guidance. If you are not familiar with plumbing, we recommend hiring a certified technician to preform the repairs.

Labor costs are not covered under this warranty.
-
Replacement parts may differ slightly in appearance due to production changes.
-
We may request the return of defective components at our expense.
-

If your product is no longer under warranty, all repair and replacement costs will be your responsibility.
-
Should repeated repair attempts fail, we will either replace the Product with the same within its warranty period with a one time courtesy replacement.
- Shipping costs to return a product for a warranty claim are at the expense of the customer. Shipping of a new unit will be covered by One Theory Wellness
- Warranty is only valid for the lifecycle of the product in our portfolio. Should a chiller be discontinued and the customers chiller be within a purchase warranty period; we will offer a chiller of equal value for product warranty replacement. If no chiller is available of equal value, we will offer the customer a chiller of more value and credit the customer the cost of they chiller to purchase the new one. (Ie. original chiller $1,700 w/ replacement offering chiller that has a value of $2,700. Customer can choose to pay $1,000 for the greater chiller and we will credit the $1,700 on the sale)
Transferability
This Limited Warranty applies exclusively to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. Any resale or transfer voids the warranty, and subsequent owners accept the Product “as-is.”
Additional Warranty Details for Chillers
6-Month & 1-Year Equipment & Controls Warranty:

Pumps, heaters, and control systems are covered for one (1) year against defects in materials or workmanship from the original date of purchase. 6-Month on the Genesis Chiller
6-Month & 1-Year Plumbing Warranty:

Plumbing components are covered for one (1) year against leaks due to manufacturing or material defects. 6-Month on the Genesis Chiller
Filter & Pump Warranty:

Factory-installed filters and pumps are covered for one (1) year.
Note: Paper core filters are excluded and should be replaced every 30 days.
Important: Use of non-OEM or aftermarket parts—including filters, pumps, valves, or accessories—will void this warranty. (Warranty is valid for one product replacement upon confirmed manufacturing defect.)
Performance & Temperature Disclaimer
Chillers are designed to achieve advertised temperatures under normal conditions. Minor variations of ±5°F may occur due to ambient temperature, sunlight exposure, or electrical supply limitations. These fluctuations are not covered under warranty.
Warranty Limitations
This warranty will be void under any of the following conditions:

Commercial use of the Product.

Misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications.

Unauthorized repairs or servicing.
-
Damage due to environmental factors or natural disasters.

Improper maintenance, including failure to:

Replace filters at least once every month.
-
Prevent stagnant water from sitting inside the unit for more than six months.
- Use of harmful chemicals

Exposure to freezing temperatures without proper drainage precautions, which may cause internal damage.
Disclaimer of Other Warranties
This Limited Warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty offered for the Products. It supersedes any other express or implied warranties. No dealer, distributor, or third party is authorized to modify this warranty.
Note: Rust caused by exposure to humid climates or extreme weather conditions on exterior components is not covered under this warranty.

One Theory Wellness and its representatives will not be liable for incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of use, removal or reinstallation costs, or water damage.
This Limited Warranty provides specific legal rights, and additional rights may vary by state. Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties or exclusions of incidental damages, so certain restrictions may not apply to you.
